Cancellation and Missed Creative Policy

If you elect to cancel your campaign within 2 weeks (10 business days) of deployment and request a refund:
     – AND the invoice is paid; you will only receive a 75% refund of the payment made.
     – OR the invoice is not paid; a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
IF however, you’ve paid in full, you may have 100% of your payment applied as a credit towards the next campaign.
If you elect to cancel your campaign prior to 2 weeks (10 business days) before the deployment  of your campaign and request a refund:
     – AND, the invoice is paid in full; you will receive a 100% refund.
Or, IF no refund is requested, you may apply 100% of your payment towards the next campaign.
*If the scheduled creative due date is missed:
     – You are eligible for the deployment date to be rescheduled.
     – You may be charged $100.00 late fee.
*All creatives are due 2 business days prior to the deployment date of the campaign.
